The association "Bouge Ton Cœur" ("Get Your Heart into action") was the brainchild of a group of care workers at the Purpan's CHU children's hospital located in Toulouse. The association was created to help children who suffer from serious illnesses, which can lead to prolonged or frequent hospital stays, often in restricted and confined circumstances.

It aim is to respond to particular and punctual needs : in fields such as recreational activities, psychological and organizational supports for these families which encounter various difficulties :

• to help financially families in the accompaniment of their child to other hospitals centers,

 

• to equip bedrooms of each child of new technology of communication in order to get them out of their isolation : webcam, video-tape recorder, games for younger...

Such a heart-felt commitment has a cost in terms of solidarity, friendship, support and respect.

We intend to create a network of people, helped by local sports clubs, cultural associations and charities. in this way our presence and our activities will be more widespread and permanent. This network is essential if we want to fulfil the mission we have set ourselves.

We need you all ! Our mobilization must be as strong as our ambition. All together, we must work as a team to fight against time, the illness, in order to bring over happiness and joy. Simply bringing over love.
